It's about time...
It's been quite awhile since I've updated my blog. :) I've kept up reading all your blogs but neglected mine.
Here's what we've been up to:
Let's see...Girls went to college, came home, worked and went back. Tanya became a SENIOR, Chelsea left on her MISSION and Rachel became a NANNY. Tony entered 10th, Katelyn 8th and Garrett 6th. The bus ride to school became a royal pain so Tanya started to drive here and there. Tanya played varsity volleyball, Tony played jv/varsity soccer, sophomore basketball, Katelyn played 8th grade basketball and Garrett was busy with soccer. Vic left for Korea (6th months) and came home. I kept busy with my wonderful calling in RS and helping out at the loan locker.
Vic's parents had decided to look around for a different house. We decided to look around with them, to see if there was one big enough for both of us. After looking, and looking and looking, we finally found one! It's a big move for us, scary too since we've lived on base for almost 8 years. But....I love my house! It has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It's so huge!! We moved in the beginning of April and Gma and Gpa moved in the end. Before I was spending hours in the car driving to practices, waiting and driving home. Now everything is 5 minutes away. Yea! Moving was hard, but we got it done. Auntie Ro came and helped Gma and Gpa. We had a blast when she was here. Sure wish they lived closer!!
We're almost caught up: Tanya graduated from seminary! Her graduation is the 28th of May. You're all invited to her graduation, come and hear her valedictorian speech! We're so proud of her. :) And then school will be out and summer will be here!
